In 1998, PRMI opened its doors for business with a handful of employees in a small executive suite. Our first year we closed 321 mortgages for $35 million. As mortgage originators, we had the concept of a better mortgage branch platform and the vision to make it work.
Today, PRMI has more than 2000 mortgage professionals working to fulfill the dream of home ownership in 49 states. The PRMI family has grown to 275 branches with fundings approaching $5 billion in annual volume.
